POSITION OVERVIEW and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li> Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance services on all Curiox systems. Provide support to the FAS and FSE members worldwide by responding to their requests in a timely and efficient manner and provide on-site (US, EMEAI, APAC) support as needed.</li>
<li> In collaboration with FAS, FSE and Sales staff worldwide, ensure the ticketing system is up to date and is accurately reflected with customer information in HubSpot.</li>
<li> Analyze and repair defective instruments returned from the field and produce failure analysis report. </li>
<li> Repair, validate and maintain a fleet of stand-by (loaner) systems to ensure systems are consistently operational and capable of quick deployment. </li>
<li> Schedules Preventative Maintenance through HubSpot. </li>
<li> Provide excellent customer support by providing customers with training and technical support for installed instruments. </li>
<li> Maintain knowledge of all instruments and applications.</li>
<li> Document and report all repairs, product failures, and other field service paperwork in HubSpot through ticketing system. </li>
<li> Manage and update service forms (PMs, IOQs, etc.) to reflect product changes as they occur. </li>
<li> Serves as point person for worldwide maintenance questions and/or issues. </li>
<li> Provide feedback with design change in conjunction with R&amp;D, Operations, and production. </li>
<li> Identify Field Service opportunities/potentials for future business and communicate this to FSE manager, Sales Team and field ops.</li>
<li> Performs other duties as assigned. </li>

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li> A minimum of 3 years experience working with, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems involving fluidics and electronics. </li>
<li> A minimum of 2 years experience working with integrated robotic systems, robotic arms/plate handlers, and automation workflow software.</li>
<li> A minimum of 2 years experience working in a laboratory/scientific environment.</li>
<li> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with good knowledge of tools and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving technical problems. </li>
<li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).</li>
<li> Ability to solve challenging problems in a fast-paced work environment. </li>
