Duties:

<li>Assembles, installs, or repairs pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes.</li>
<li>Ensures client satisfaction with all work, including cleanup.</li>
<li>Assembles pipe sections, tubing, fittings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.</li>
<li>Installs pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, fixtures such as sinks or toilets, using hand or power tools.</li>
<li>Directs helpers engaged in pipe cutting, pre-assembly, or installation of plumbing systems or components.</li>
<li>Fills pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observes pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.</li>
<li>Conducts appropriate tests to ensure successful completion of each plumbing job.</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:

<li>Massachusetts Journeymen Plumber License.</li>
<li>OSHA 10 certification is preferred.</li>
<li>5+ years of plumbing experience.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience running your own calls.</li>
<li>Extension Plumbing knowledge: gas, boilers and able to troubleshoot.</li>
<li>Plumbing layout knowledge- “How it works, how its connected”.</li>
