Residential Construction Superintendent is a full-time, exempt position that oversees the operations of a construction site, from planning to completion. Job Description

<ul>
<li>Maintain Massachusetts Journeyman electrician’s license.</li>
<li>Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on electrical and related equipment.</li>
<li>Complete work orders, installations and projects as assigned.</li>
<li>Assist Millwrights/Mechanics with mechanical Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.</li>
<li>Calibrate, repair, and keep in good working order the instrumentation equipment.</li>
<li>Assist with maintenance of the spare parts inventory.</li>
<li>Participate in the day-to-day compliance with Food Safety, 5S and Pre-requisite programs.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean work area.</li>
<li>Utilize computer for communication, calibrations records and work order details.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting PLC program logic and industrial motor drive systems. (Will train as needed)</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS / JOB REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>4 years' as an apprentice and at least 1 as a journeyman.</li>
<li>Industrial electrical experience with web-based machines recommended.&nbsp; Able to work independently and/or as part of a team, effectively communicate, get along with others, have a positive attitude and be well organized.&nbsp; Have basic computer knowledge. PLC ladder logic programming and or Drive systems a plus. Coverage for other team members vacation/days off.</li>

EDUCATION:
<ul>
<li>Current Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician’s License.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
</ul>
Earning potential of $115,000+/Year:
<ul>
<li>Wages start at $40/hour</li>
<li>4 on 4 off rotating schedule</li>
<li>8 hours of guaranteed overtime&nbsp;</li>
<li>Shift differential&nbsp;</li>
<li>Time and a half on Saturdays</li>
<li>DOUBLE time on Sundays and Holidays</li>
