Position Summary: 
The Automotive Technician is responsible for the actual service and /or repair of vehicles assigned to them by service management or their designated representatives. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an aviation or transportation environment.</li>

Daily Expectations and Responsibilities of a Parts Install Coordinator
Customer Service &amp; Communication

<li>Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.</li>
<li>Support with product inquiries, orders, service scheduling, and warranty information.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers regarding service appointments and part arrivals.</li>
<li>Resolve escalated customer concerns with care, professionalism, and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
Scheduling &amp; Coordination
<ul>
<li>Schedule service and installation appointments with internal technicians and delivery staff.</li>
<li>Coordinate parts delivery and technician availability to ensure timely service completion.</li>
<li>Maintain clear communication between customers, service teams, and management.</li>

Parts Ordering &amp; Inventory Management

 Requirements:What the Parts Install Coordinator Brings:

<li>2-3 years of customer service or service coordination experience in a high-volume setting. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with parts ordering, scheduling, or inventory management preferred. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPass experience a plus. &nbsp;</li>
