What You'll Do!
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including harvesting, drying, curing, trimming, and packaging cannabis flowers. Job Responsibilities:

<li>Trim harvested cannabis plants by precisely removing fan leaves, sugar leaves, and excess water leaves while preserving the main colas. </li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the trimming room to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. </li>
<li>Dry and cure cannabis plants by efficiently hanging and monitoring drying rooms to achieve optimal moisture content and flavor profiles. </li>
<li>Conduct quality control inspections to identify and remove any damaged or unhealthy cannabis plants. </li>
<li>Collaborate with the cultivation team to optimize harvesting schedules and ensure a smooth transition from cultivation to post-harvest. </li>
<li>Package the trimmed cannabis flower following company standards, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and compliance with legal requirements. </li>
<li>Perform regular equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure efficient and safe operations. </li>
<li>Document and maintain accurate records of post-harvest activities for compliance and reporting purposes. </li>
<li>Continuously stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to post-harvest activities in the cannabis industry.</li>
</ul>
Education &amp; Qualifications:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory management.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve plant health issues effectively.</li>
<li>Willingness to work in compliance with strict security and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.</li>

Job Description Cultivation Technician Job Description: The Cultivation Technician is responsible for assisting cultivation management in the day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas, including propagation, cultivation, cure, and harvest. &nbsp;The Cultivation Technician’s role in maintaining a sanitary and organized inventory of product depends upon the detail and thoughtfulness exhibited in this position, primarily, the ability to effectively compartmentalize cultivars, batches, and corresponding numeric values to reduce any confusion or mislabeling. This position reports directly to the Cultivation Manager. Core Tasks and Responsibilities –
<ul>
<li>Carry out day-to-day plant care, including cleaning, watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming. </li>
<li>Monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the State of MA and standards set by the Lazy River Products.</li>
<li>Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, and analyzing plant health according to company policy, as well as any other tasks required.</li>
<li>Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility.</li>
