Part-Time Construction Manager

We’re looking for a Construction Manager who will oversee construction of our residential build project in WRJ and lead volunteer crews. This includes coordinating with subcontractors and vendors as well as teaching volunteers new skills. The majority of work time will be spent on site, but additional time for administrative tasks and meetings may be required at the office or remotely.

This is a part-time position averaging 26 hours (2-3 days) per week, beginning now through Summer of 2026. This position is ideal for a builder or PM as a collaborative and fun way to give back to the community. Pay commensurate with experience, within a range of $28-32/hr. Extending to a full time position beyond Summer 2026 is possible, but not required or guaranteed.

Required qualifications include:

-Commitment to the mission and philosophy of UV Habitat for Humanity

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction, including supervision of projects from start to finish

- Experience overseeing and leading volunteers or training construction crews
