Human Resources Administrator

New Hampshire Ball Bearings (NHBB) Astro Division is located in Laconia, NH-heart of the scenic Lakes Region. Astro is a World-Class 450+person, climate-controlled manufacturing facility that produces spherical bearings, rod ends, sub-assemblies and other precision metal parts for the aerospace industry, is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Professional to join our team.

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a wide variety of Human Resources functions including benefit administration, employment recruiting, employee relations, disability/FMLA leaves, new employee orientation, workers compensation, and wellness programs. Position requires the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment with a demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands.

Position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience, and a minimum of an Associate’s Degree. SHRM-CP or SHRM SCP certification is a plus.
