Each Serenitee restaurant has its own personality and vibe, reflecting the individuality of the community it serves. From laid-back taverns to upscale dining spots, Serenitee blends hospitality with creativity, always striving to create exceptional guest experiences through great food, thoughtful service, and inspired leadership.
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team, deliver memorable guest experiences, and actively engage with our local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a hands-on, guest-first approach
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team
- Build and maintain a strong repeat guest base through exceptional hospitality
- Proactively engage in community outreach to strengthen local partnerships and presence
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Drive financial performance, including budgeting and labor management
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- Collaborate with Serenitee leadership to align strategy and uphold brand standards
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary of $75,000-$85,000 DOE

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager
- Strong knowledge of both front- and back-of-house operations
- Proven leadership, team development, and guest service skills
- Demonstrated success in building guest loyalty and local engagement
- Experience managing financials and operational metrics
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and community involvement
