This is a fully remote position where you’ll meet with union and association members to review their permanent benefits and help them choose the best options for their families.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual Zoom meetings with pre-qualified members
- Break down benefit options in simple, clear terms
- Guide families toward the coverage that fits their needs
- Provide professional, friendly service and follow-up
- Use our structured training system and leadership support

- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus—not required

Compensation
- First-year typical earnings: $50,000–$65,000
- Top performers: $100,000+
- 1099 - 100% commission-based income with lifetime residuals
