Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Beverly, MA 01915
Salary: $130,000–$135,000 + Bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, flexible)
Travel: Occasional international travel (China, India, Philippines)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead a supply chain team, supervise purchasing operations across multiple locations, and ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective purchasing. This is an in-office role with some international travel.
Compensation
This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus plan based on performance:
- 80% of goal: 2.5% of base salary
- 100% of goal: 5% of base salary
- 120%+ of goal: 10% of base salary
Bonus payouts scale linearly between these points:
- 81%–99% → 2.5%–5%
- 101%–119% → 5%–10%
Key Responsibilities
- Review open purchase orders, monitor vendor performance, and ensure on-time delivery; expedite orders when necessary.
- Address and resolve delivery, quality, or pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Coach and support purchasing agents to meet performance goals.
- Define inventory strategies, develop action plans, and deliver inventory performance reports.
- Provide updates on Purchase Price Variance (PPV) tracking and cost reduction progress.
- Collaborate with quality teams to enhance vendor performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel
- Experience with a fully functional ERP system
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field
- MBA and/or APICS CPIM certification
- 5+ years of experience in office or supply chain environments
