Position: Snow Operators, Drivers, and Shovelers Rate: $32 per hour (based on experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clear snow from walkways, driveways, and parking lots of various residential and commercial properties throughout NH, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
• Operate motorized vehicles or equipment, including tractors, double-axle vehicles, snow blowers, and more.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with co-workers, management, clients, and others.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated individuals with a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility in schedule to meet job demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with supervisors via phone.
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone.
