We are looking for a smart, kind, self-motivated addition to our small team in Derry! You will wear many hats in this position, from data entry to payroll to QB training. We all pitch in to do what it takes to give our clients the best advice and experience while working with us. We are looking for another team member to jump right in and help us help our clients.
Job Title: Bookkeeper
Duties
- Efficient with QuickBooks Online
-Ability to confidently communicate with clients
-Ability to multi-task and swap between multiple clients
-Knowledge of payroll tax reporting needed
-Provide tax return ready books by tying out balance sheet items and payroll
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve department goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper required (3 plus years)
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using QuickBooks Online
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team (Self Motivated is a must)
- Ability to multitask
