<p>Our office is seeking an Account Associate (Entry Level) to join our team here at Mariah McClay State Farm! You will work with customer to answer questions on their accounts and offer solutions to drive company revenue.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prospect and contact potential customers</li>
<li>Contribute to sales targets by the deadline</li>
<li>Resolve customer inquiries</li>
<li>Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments</li>
<li>Create sales material to present to customers</li>
</ul>
<p>​<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (recommended but not required)</li>
<li>Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Property &amp; Casualty Licensed (preferred but not required to start. Will need to obtain)</li>
<li>Life, Accident, &amp; Health Licensed (preferred but not required to start. Will need to obtain)</li>
