YOUR NEW ROLE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - OFFICE MANAGER
This is a full-time position with consistent hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, giving you a predictable schedule to plan your day.
In this role, you will answer the company phone, communicate clearly with customers and team members, and manage day-to-day office tasks efficiently. You will stay alert and aware while performing your work, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Your friendly and patient approach will help create positive experiences for everyone who contacts the company, while your organizational and computer skills will keep the office running at its best. Every day, you will use your CSR experience and communication abilities to support both the team and our customers.
