Field Engineer – Heavy Civil / Infrastructure

What you’ll be working on (and more)

  • Support field execution on heavy-civil jobs in highways, bridges, marine, rail, and transit facilities—layout, quantities, submittals/RFIs, QC/QA, and day-to-day coordination that keeps crews productive and safe.

What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Assist with field engineering, layouts, and schedules.

  • Support project managers and superintendents.

  • Maintain documentation and technical reporting.

  • Help enforce safety and quality in the field.

What you bring

  • Four-year engineering or construction management degree.

  • Valid Driver’s License required.

  • Familiarity with HCSS, Vista, CAD, or Primavera preferred.
