Crumbl Cookies is one of the fastest-growing bakery brands in America, known for our fresh gourmet cookies, rotating weekly flavors, and exceptional customer experience. Our West Lebanon location is seeking a driven, dependable, and energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our amazing team.
About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be a hands-on leader who supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and building a fun, positive, high-performing culture. Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire your team through motivation, accountability, and hands-on training

Ensure cookie quality, customer service, and cleanliness meet Crumbl's brand standards

Oversee opening and closing operations, inventory management, and production prep

Support the General Manager with scheduling, labor management, and store performance goals

Deliver an unforgettable guest experience, handle customer feedback with professionalism, and coach team members to success
What We're Looking For

Leadership experience in restaurant, bakery, retail, or food service preferred

Dependable communicator who thrives under pressure and leads by example
