Job Title: Financial Accounting Analyst
Location: Middleborough, MA 02346
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Manage the review and reconciliation of reimbursement and disbursement submissions from PSAPs, ensuring compliance with the Department’s seven grant programs and resolving discrepancies with municipal staff as needed.
- Deliver guidance and training to PSAP personnel and municipal employees on grant processes, including virtual presentations, and contribute feedback-based improvements to enhance future grant cycles.
- Support daily financial tasks such as receipt logging, revenue deposits, spreadsheet tracking, fixed asset recording, and accurate data entry for accounting transactions requiring authorized approvals.
- Collaborate closely with fiscal staff to streamline operations and maintain efficient documentation and tracking systems related to grant reimbursements and departmental financial activity.
