Job DescriptionThe Order Entry Specialist is responsible for processing large volume window and door orders into CRM software. Effectively identifies order errors and drives resolution in a timely manner while providing excellent customer services. May respond to semi-complex complaints and disputes within reasonable limit of authority. Recognizes when to escalate internal and external customer issues.
Primary Responsibilities:Follow documented rules, past practices or instructions on a semi-independent level.Processes customer orders while verifying accuracy of data to be entered.Effectively identify errors in order documents.Responsible for processing multiple product order types: Windows, DoorsUtilize CRM tool to order product and schedule deliveryProvide price and availability for multiple products within the assigned business segment.Provide Customer service for incoming and outgoing phone and email inquiries as necessary
Other ExpectationsHS Diploma or GED3 plus years of experience in a Customer Support role supporting industrial or construction electrical distribution products.Knowledge of SalesforceHigh Level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:Associate degree or Industry related Certification.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills enabling the facilitation of information flow.6 plus years experience in a Customer Support role supporting industrial or construction electrical distribution products.Strong knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, COMPAS, Industry Mall, EDI, IDOC, CRM systemsQualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. - Vigorously and diligently work to generate leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory generating qualified sales opportunities as instructed by the Canvassing Program Manager
- Transport self to assigned territory and work independently to while representing Renewal by Andersen at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
- Utilize Renewal by Andersen mapping program, and business applications, to accurately keep records on house-to-house information and data tracking.
- Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform with required municipality permitting at all times
- Attend company meetings as required.
- Communicate with Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of Renewal by Andersen.
- Master Renewal by Andersen methodology, product, and current promotional offerings. Become a Signature Service expert
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
- Minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy
- Reliable transportation to navigate through territory
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Able to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets
- Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day
