Job DescriptionRemote Call Center Representative (Local to Bellingham, MA)
Pay: $22/hr
Training: 2 weeks onsite in Bellingham, MA, then fully remote
Schedule: 32–40 hrs/week
• Tues–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm
• Possible Sat or Sun shifts
Overview
Provide professional customer support to franchisees, drivers, and consumers regarding orders, shipments, and product information. This role requires strong call center experience and comfort working in ticketing and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls related to order status, shipment schedules, credits, and product questions

Track and resolve issues through an internal ticketing system within 24–48 hours

Process orders accurately and efficiently

Deliver clear, professional, and customer-focused communication

Suggest solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs

Maintain knowledge of products, services, and internal systems

Meet quality, productivity, and performance standards

Assist with non-call work and special projects as needed
Requirements

Call center experience required

Zoom Contact Center experience required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
