By architecting and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, the VP/Director will ensure that integrations across Input 1’s multi-product portfolio — PFaaS, BaaS, gotoPF, PaaS, and SaaS — drive measurable revenue growth, market adoption, and long-term client value.

  • Lead negotiations and structure agreements that balance revenue growth, compliance, and operational scalability.
  • Align all partnership initiatives with Input 1’s strategic priorities: scalability, digital innovation, and operational efficiency.

Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with core system providers and other key ecosystem partners.
  • Position Input 1 as a preferred partner by showcasing our end-to-end Billing-as-a-Service lifecycle, Payments-as-a-Service capabilities, and proprietary SaaS platforms.
  • Ensure each partnership delivers measurable outcomes across revenue, service, integration success, and brand reputation.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Success to embed partnership deliverables into client-facing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Product Development teams to design and deliver seamless integrations with core insurance systems and other partner platforms.
  • Represent Input 1 at industry conferences and trade shows as a thought leader in billing, payments, and insurance technology solutions.

Performance & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for each strategic partnership.
  • Provide regular reporting to the executive leadership team on pipeline impact, revenue contribution, integration milestones, and market positioning.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Experience

  • 8–12 years in partnerships or business development with direct deal-making experience.
  • Established relationships with insurance core system providers strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex partnership agreements with measurable business impact.
  • Strong executive communication, influence, and negotiation skills.

  • Relationship Building: Builds trust and credibility with executives at core system providers and across the insurance/fintech ecosystem.
  • Execution & Results Orientation: Delivers integrations and partnerships that produce quantifiable business results.
  • Influence & Leadership: Inspires both internal stakeholders and external partners toward shared goals.
  • Flexibility: Adapts to evolving industry dynamics and recalibrates partnerships accordingly.

  • Incremental revenue and accounts generated through partner channels.
  • Number of successful core system and AMS integrations completed.
