We are now accepting applications for Event/Banquet Servers, here at Basin Harbor.
Our Event/Banquets Servers are responsible for setting ans serving our banquets, weddings, and events, anticipating guests needs and special request by being tactful, approachable, perceptive and customer service oriented.
Event/Banquets Servers may also event set-up and break-down duties as needed.
We are seeking both full- and part-time seasonal, as well as on-call available staff to join our team for our upcoming summer season from mid-May though October, 2026.
Requirements:
Some essential competencies are: Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards, prior serving experience of 2+ years preferred, able to take direction and work in a team environment, attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast paced environment, ability to remember and follow dining room procedures, a clean, well kept, professional appearance. As well, shift work may require up to 10-hour shifts - walking and standing. Must be able to lift 20 lbs repeatedly.
