What You’ll Do:
As our General Manager, you will provide visionary leadership and strategic management to ensure we achieve exceptional operational outcomes that align with our long-term goals. You’ll coach, mentor, and empower our team of high-performing professionals to be efficient, productive, and effective. With extensive residential HVAC experience, you’ll leverage your unique blend of business acumen and industry expertise to foster a culture of excellence.
Key Qualifications:

Experience: At least 10 years of verifiable full-time management experience in residential HVAC, with a minimum of 5 years in operations management.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential HVAC methods, techniques, systems, and codes.

Education: A professional degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to embrace challenges.

Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Flexibility: Willingness to take on tasks of any size with a can-do attitude.

Requirements: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Overseeing daily operations, collaborating with the executive leadership team, and ensuring seamless communication across sales, finance, and field operations.

Championing the successful execution of all HVAC services while maintaining budget accountability.

Mentoring and guiding the operations team through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.

Driving the development and continuous improvement of management practices and protocols.

Partnering with Ownership to develop long- and short-term growth strategies.

Fostering a safety-first culture, ensuring quality and profitability align with company objectives.

Providing timely reports on the company’s operating condition to Ownership.

Acting as a strategic partner within the leadership team, bridging sales, service, installation, and operations departments.

Promoting an accountable, success-oriented environment throughout the company.

Pay Details: $200,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year
