CCM Business Solutions Inc is a growing administrative consulting firm supporting small businesses. Our services include bookkeeping with QuickBooks, scheduling, data entry, invoicing, operational efficiency support, and more. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our on-site team.
Responsibilities
- Record bookkeeping transactions and reconcile accounts
- Prepare and maintain financial statements
- Manage client accounts and internal records
- Support office operations: filing, scanning, client communication, and general admin tasks
Qualifications
- Basic accounting knowledge: QuickBooks experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Small business experience is a plus
