Let's talk perks. Crew Members earn between $20 and $21 per hour, including tips. Full-time team members are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation and can enroll in comprehensive healthcare coverage. Our rotating menu of gourmet flavors, warm customer service, and fun store environment create a one-of-a-kind experience-and as a Crew Member, you'll help make that magic happen. Your role includes greeting guests with "Welcome to Crumbl," taking and packaging orders, ringing customers up accurately, and answering questions in person or over the phone.
Behind the scenes, you'll be hands-on in the kitchen-mixing dough, baking cookies, and working side by side with teammates to ensure top-notch quality and presentation. You'll help keep the kitchen clean and organized, restock supplies, fulfill delivery orders quickly, and uphold all safety and sanitation standards. From first shift to last batch, you'll be part of the crew that brings the Crumbl experience to life.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills for interacting with customers and taking orders

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Friday and Saturday availability required (we're happy to accommodate school, college, or sports schedules)
