• 1st Shift, 7am-3:30pm
• No Weekends

Duties:

• Crating and loading as directed by department supervisor.
• Staging and tagging of equipment, materials, and loose parts for shipments
• Document shipping paperwork, SAP delivery notes, picking and post goods issues and thorough record keeping for all shipments
• Document all photos for electronic filing and Project history.
• Keep shipping department neat and orderly daily.
• Safely operate tools, cutting equipment, hand carts, pallet trucks, and forklifts.
• Maintain shipping supplies
• Receives and issues materials to production orders
• Co-responsible for organizing and maintaining the job carts
• Properly identify all received goods by tagging them correctly
• Identify all received goods by tagging items using the SAP generated tags or manually with purchase order, material number, and sales order and production order numbers.
• After receiving goods, items are distributed to the designated storage areas
• Works effectively with Purchasing, Engineering, Production and Shipping departments as well as Stockroom personnel

Requirements:

• High School GED/Diploma required.
• Experience with hand carts, pallet jacks, forklifts
• Previous experience in Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Control, etc.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Computers.
• Able to bend, lift, stand throughout shift and handle up to 50lbs on own.
• MUST be able to pass drug and background check
