Job Description:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will interact with ice cream stores seeking to order parts or schedule service for their ice cream equipment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our service team and be involved in coordinating Free Ice Cream Seminars with both the Service Team and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming calls
- Handle invoicing for service and parts orders
- Process payments
- Arrange shipments
- Process parts orders and service calls
- Coordinate with the service team and colleagues
- Manage any incoming duties
You will report to the Office Manager.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Service Role
- Proficiency in Quick Books Online, Microsoft Excel, G-mail, Word, etc.
- A "can do" attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
