Administrative Assistant:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a strong sense of professionalism.


Your primary responsibilities will for customer service and general office duties to include greeting residents and welcoming visitors, directing phone inquiries, maintaining event sign-up sheets and assisting Resident Life Coordinator and maintaining event signup and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires multitasking and working independently while maintaining professional boundaries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors at our Sugar Hill location
  • Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Perform clerical tasks including typing, office supply ordering, and data entry
  • Some public speaking for event introductions and performances
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems both physical and electronic.
  • Input work orders as requested by residents
  • Provide support to team members and leadership as required.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of clerical experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work independently
  • Strengths in multitasking and working independently under moderate supervision.
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Comfortable working with elder population
  • Must be a high school graduate
