Are you detail-oriented, communicative, and experienced in insurance? Join my clients team as an Underwriting & Claims Assistant and support claims, underwriting, billing, and client services! This role suits someone with homeowners insurance expertise who thrives on policy investigations, issue resolution, and relationship-building with agents and policyholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Support: Process adjuster reports, payments, and communicate claim processes to policyholders.
Underwriting: Handle policy transactions, review inspections, and assist agents with inquiries.
Billing: Resolve billing questions, process payments, and manage proof of insurance requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience, ideally in claims/underwriting
- Expertise in homeowners policies required
- Experience with Guidewire or similar systems is a plus
