This job isnt for the faint of heart. If you think working at a pet care facility means cuddling animals all day, think again! While we absolutely love what we do, this role requires dedication, stamina, and a deep understanding of animal care. There are easy days, and there are tough onesthe ones where youre on your feet for hours, working through rain, snow, or heat, handling unpredictable behaviors, cleaning (a lot), and making sure every pet in our care is safe, happy, and healthy.

Every dog is an individual, with unique personalities & needs. Our job is to recognize these differences and provide the best care possible in a fun environment for each one!
Were looking for someone who is:


Weatherproof Rain or shine, the job doesnt stop.
Observant & Attentive Noticing subtle changes in dog behavior is crucial.
A Strong Communicator With both people and dogs!
Patient & Compassionate Every dog is different.
Confident & Skilled in Handling Dogs Youll be working with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels.
Dedicated to Cleanliness & Safety Sanitization and maintenance are just as important as playtime.
A Team Player with a Positive Attitude We work together to keep things running smoothly, and a great attitude makes all the difference!



Requirements:

  • Experience with animals (preferred)
  • Monday-Friday open availability, weekends and major holidays off
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in different weather conditions
  • Pet CPR/First Aid certification (company paid within 90 days)

Job Role:

  • Role: Provides direct care and leads play groups of 10 to 15 dogs and maintains a clean, safe environment.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Supervises and interacts with dogs during playtime.
    • Cleans and sanitizes play areas, and common spaces.
    • Reports any concerns (health, behavior, safety) to management.
    • Engages with clients for check-ins and check-outs.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $15.00 per hour with merit increases during & after training
  • Tips: After initial training period.
  • Optional health insurance (including dental & vision) after waiting period
  • Paid time off after waiting period
  • Bonus
