Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front of house activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Train and manage front of house personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor and coordinate staff certification
- Assist in guest reservations
- Oversight of reservation system
- Function sales and oversight of functions
Qualifications:
- Previous managment experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
