What You’ll Do

  • Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service

  • Prepare sandwiches according to Jersey Mike’s standards

  • Slice meats and cheeses, grill hot subs, and assemble orders

  • Operate the register and handle cash accurately

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked

  • Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

What You’ll Do

  • Lead shifts and ensure excellent customer service

  • Supervise and support crew members during shifts

  • Open and/or close the store following procedures

  • Handle cash, deposits, and register accuracy

  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

  • Assist with training new team members

  • Resolve customer issues professionally

  • Leadership or supervisory experience (food service preferred)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable, responsible, and organized
