Job Summary:
On the pulse of the digital landscape and development of best-in-class digital solutions. Direct, plan and coordinate all digital programs for company's clients by performing the following duties. Work closely with Agency account, creative and project management teams to identify client business needs and associated interactive/digital solutions. Experience working at a pharmaceutical advertising/marketing agency is preferred.
Essential Functions:
Omnichannel Strategy Leadership
- Develop and oversee integrated omnichannel marketing strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices, leveraging digital, media, CRM, and offline channels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Champion the use of data-driven insights to optimize channel mix and customer journeys across HCP, patient, and payer audiences.
Media & Digital Innovation
- Lead the planning of advanced digital media campaigns, including programmatic, social, search, and emerging platforms.
- Identify innovative digital solutions, such as AI-driven personalization and new media formats relevant to pharmaceutical marketing.
Advanced Analytics & Measurement
- Oversee the use of analytics platforms and methodologies to measure campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement.
- Support integration of real-world data, EHR/EMR insights, and predictive analytics into strategic recommendations and reporting to determine next best action
Thought Leadership & Business Growth
- Represent the agency as a strategic thought leader in digital and omnichannel strategy at industry events, client workshops, and new business pitches.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding digital scopes of work and client partnerships.
