- Prepare food in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Keep up with daily barista logs + to-do lists
Qualifications
- Experience as a barista
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Requirements
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- A polite, engaging personality & willingness to work as part of a fun, high-energy team in a fast paced environment
