Job Description:
- Process customers’ orders and deliver software license daily
- Process incoming customer inquiries and pass leads to sales team.
- Send renewal quotes, follow up on renewals, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely renewals.
- Communicates client needs and demands to company
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Other related work required
Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong computer skills.
.Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
