Pay Rate: - $53/Hour on W2
Duration: - 05 months (Possible ext)

Description:

The successful candidate will be a part of the ES Facilities organization and will serve as a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst, responsible for driving data-driven insights and solutions to support informed decision-making. This position requires that the candidate understands, uses, and applies technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate to high complexity. Key responsibilities of this role include: - Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze large datasets, providing actionable insights to stakeholders - Designing, developing, and implementing Python programs to Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity - Improving current dashboards and processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborating closely with other facilities functions, such as project management, sustainability, and plant engineering to ensure that business intelligence tools and solutions meet their needs - Creating and maintaining documentation of business intelligence solutions, including data sources, ETL processes, and dashboard designs - Supporting Continuous Improvement efforts by analyzing processes, identifying trends and opportunities, and providing recommendations for process enhancements - Analyzing large amounts of data to identify insights, trends, and patterns, and developing compelling stories and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Skills Required

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in business intelligence principles, data analysis, and technical skills, including proficiency in Power BI, Python, and data visualization tools. They will be a collaborative and innovative problem-solver, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Skills include: - Power BI - Python - SQL - MS Excel

Sharepoint - Alteryx - Amazon AWS Redshift

Experience Required

At least 4 years of related experience in an analyst type role developing in Power BI, SQL, and Python. A Masters degree can substitute for 2 years of relevant experience.

Education Required

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, or another related field
