Window depot is in search of the right candidate with a unique sales experience in windows, roofing and baths. we are expanding our team and need the right candidate that matches our needs.
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-set, qualified in-home appointments with homeowners.
- Good attitude and professional to all
- Deliver a professional product presentation and follow a proven sales process.
- Accurately estimate project needs and provide on-the-spot pricing.
- Build rapport, identify customer needs, and close sales during the initial visit.
- Follow up with homeowners as needed to finalize contracts.
- Use company CRM and mobile tools for quoting, documentation, and scheduling.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of in-home sales experience in 1 call close inviroment preferred (windows, siding, roofing, solar, HVAC, or similar).
- Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
- Basic understanding of construction or home improvement (preferred but not required).
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
