Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in cold calling and developing new accounts.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Prior experience in sales and account management in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
