What You’ll Do

  • Be a Changemaker: Lead the startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Cambrian’s cutting-edge wastewater treatment facilities across the U.S.
  • Empower Others: Train and support local site operators, sharing your expertise and building strong relationships.
  • Solve Challenges: Dive into hands-on work—calibrating equipment, analyzing data, and ensuring our systems exceed environmental standards.
  • Champion Safety & Compliance: Work closely with our Safety Team to uphold OSHA, EPA, and state regulations, always putting people and the planet first.
  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and clients to refine processes and deliver best-in-class water treatment solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in industrial or municipal water/wastewater treatment operations
  • Strong technical skills (PLC/SCADA, instrumentation, troubleshooting)
  • Passion for environmental protection and sustainable practices
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to new challenges
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A team player who thrives in a mission-driven environment
  • Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certification
  • Licensed Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator (or working toward it)
  • Experience with advanced treatment technologies (MBR, RO, DAF, SAF, etc.)
