Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is searching for friendly, service focused, detail-oriented individuals to join our Member Solutions Center part time with flex hours available. If you enjoy providing stellar service while working in a busy environment, this could be the position for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls within specified service levels, providing members with efficient and professional service.
- Maintain a full understanding of Credit Union products and services.
- Accurately process routine transactions and file maintenance while tracking member interactions.
- Proactively problem-solving with the scope of responsibility.
- Cross-selling additional products.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous banking or experience in a call center environment preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Be able to provide superior service by collaborating as a team and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external members, while embracing the fundamental values of RFCU's organizational culture.
Work Schedule and Benefits
This position is being offered with part time availability. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30a - 5:00p and rotating Saturdays. The ability to build different schedules with flexible hours is available.
Even though this role is part time you are still able to accrue PTO and have access to our 401k, as well as other benefits.
