Job Summary:
Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Mount Sunapee and Vail Resorts, and our administrative team is no exception to facilitating the experience of a lifetime for our guests and employees. Responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, the Administrative Specialist for Competition Services will split their time between working with the families and coaches of our Competition programs, preparing for weekends and holiday operations, and coordinating our resort uniform program a few days midweek. You are an organized team player and ready to assist with any of our operational or guest needs.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $26.03/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all scheduling needs of our large group of Competition Coaches to best provide the season programs you will be supportin
- Communicate with various stakeholders across the resort operations team
- Ensure the Competition Programs and Event Services Crew is fully staffed to meet business needs
- Resolve challenges with urgency and empathy, and communicate challenges to the manager.
- Work with Ski & Ride / Competition Programs leadership and coaches, and families during daily program launch on operating days.
- Support leadership with reporting, tracking, and scheduling as requested
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Competition Programs business offices.
- Assist and direct employees with questions regarding HR related issues, maintaining confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
- Coordinate the Resort Uniform program, filling departmental orders for uniforms, delivering inventory, and tracking uniforms by maintaining good record-keeping practices and consistent data entry.
- Manage laundering and repairs/replacements as needed when requested by departments
- A variety of other duties as assigned – You won’t be bored.
Job Requirements:
- Proven ability to work well within a team
- Administrative work experience preferred
- Inventory management experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $26.03/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
