We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee operations at a guest-focused, family restaurant known for its exceptional cuisine, vibrant ambiance, and memorable dining experiences. Lots of growth opportunity here as we have 3 new restaurant openings planned for 2026.
Restaurant General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary
- Bonus, 10% - 12% of base pay yearly, paid to employee monthly.

Restaurant AGM/Senior Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in a full-service dining environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong operational knowledge, including service flow, inventory, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Must Haves (Unique day-to-day tasks specific to this role):
- Direct and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover.
- Must have mid-to-large size (200+ seat) restaurant management experience.
- Proficient in POS systems and restaurant accounting practices.
- Exceptional communicator and ability to confidently converse with 150+ customers a night.
- ServSafe certified or similar food safety certificate from a recognized company.
- Monitor and maintain consistent service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standards
- Manage staffing levels, training programs, and performance evaluations to build an engaged, high-performing team.
Restaurant AGM/Senior Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience managing high-volume, upscale casual dining, restaurants.
- Knowledge of scheduling software, POS systems, and inventory management tools
- Passion for hospitality, cultural cuisine, and creating memorable guest interact
