Role: Real Estate Photographer & Videographer
Location: Milford, MA (Daily travel to property sites)
Pay: $21.00/hr during training | Pay increase after you master our system.
Equipment: We provide all gear (Cameras, lenses, gimbals, and lighting).
What We Do: Glasshouse Media is a fast-growing digital media company. We help real estate agents sell homes by providing high-end photography and video tours. We are currently looking for new photographers and videographers to join our Milford team.
What the Job Looks Like:
- Capture the Home: You'll visit 24 properties a day to take professional photos and shoot cinematic video walkthroughs.
- Use Our Gear: Well hand you a professional kit (full-frame camera, wide-angle lenses, and gimbals) and teach you exactly how we want the shots to look.
- Represent the Brand: Youll work directly with homeowners and agents on-site. You need to be friendly, punctual, and act as a professional extension of the agents team.
- Daily Uploads: Your "office work" is simple: just upload your raw files to our cloud by 5:00 PM each day so our editors can take over.
The Schedule:
- This is a part-time role where the hours follow the housing market.
- Expect to be very busy in the Spring and Summer (1525+ hours/week).
Requirements:
- A good "eye" for photography (please send a link to your work!).
- A reliable car and a valid driver's license (we reimburse your mileage).
- A Part 107 Drone License is a big plus, but not required.
