We are a 21+ specialty smoke shop offering a wide range of smoking products and accessories. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service in a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. This position requires availability from store opening to closing, 4 to 6 days a week. Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly service
- Assist customers in selecting products and answer any product-related questions
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store throughout the day
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are full and visually appealing
- Monitor and comply with age-restricted sales laws
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older (required by law for this industry)
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Friendly attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light cleaning and stocking tasks
Schedule:
- 4–6 days per week, full-day shifts (Open to Close)
- Weekend and evening availability required
