Summary: Seeking an Engineering Project Manager with prior manufacturing leadership experience in the medical device industry, specializing in cardiac catheter manufacturing practices.
Job Requirements:

Prior experience as a project manager in the engineering field

Previous manufacturing leadership experience within the medical device industry
-
Knowledge of Cardiac Catheter manufacturing practices
-
Experience managing a diverse team of engineers, technicians and supervisors
-
Proven track record of bringing products from research and development through to market launch

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with MS Project

Experience conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions for process and material variations/defects
Job Responsibilities:
-
Oversee all aspects of design and development for new medical device products or software systems

Develop, evaluate, implement and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems pertaining to materials, techniques, or company products

Investigate and evaluate existing technologies

Guide conceptualization of new methodologies, materials, machines, processes or products

Manage feasibility studies of designs to ensure functionality
-
Monitor documentation maintenance throughout all phases of research and development
-
Coordinate activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery
-
Provide daily direction to the Engineering Operations team to support commercial production
-
Lead root cause investigation and corrective actions for process and material variations/defects.
Pay Details: $54.00 to $72.00 per hour
