What You’ll Do as a Lead Cashier
As our Lead Cashier, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing outstanding service to every customer. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the cashier team and ensuring efficient checkout processes. - Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude. - Assisting with training and mentoring new team members. - Handling cash and ensuring accurate transactions at the register. - Monitoring inventory at the front end and restocking as needed. - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Supporting the management team with additional tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated individual with: - At least 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - A customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in transactions. - A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to jump in where needed.
