WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In this vital role, you play a key part in ensuring students' well-being by flexing your schedule to accompany them to medical appointments. Your duties span from providing safe transportation to fostering communication between nursing staff and medical professionals. Additionally, you offer personal care and instructional support to students unable to attend class due to illness while contributing to the cleanliness of the vans.
Highlighting open communication, you welcome feedback, actively participate in meetings and training sessions, and implement positive behavior support practices. Beyond transportation, you seamlessly transition to the classroom as a friendly Teacher's Aide. Here, you provide direct care, assist with educational and therapeutic services, and contribute to student progress evaluations. With your diverse skill set and unwavering commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment, you are a true asset to the team!
Your schedule typically runs from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility needed based on medical appointments.
