• Process and accurately record cash receipts to ensure timely and efficient posting.
• Manage accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Conduct commercial collections to resolve outstanding balances and maintain customer relationships.
• Perform cash application activities, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
• Support special financial projects as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing functions and improve workflow.
• Monitor cash activity and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
• Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments in a thorough and timely manner.• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles.
• Strong knowledge of cash applications and commercial collections processes.
• Familiarity with billing functions and financial reconciliation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
