HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Clinical Director licensed as a LICSW or LMHC with certification as LADC-1 and previous supervisory experience to oversee daily operation, compliance, and clinical leadership of a Residential Recovery home, that is part of a growing organization dedicated to trauma informed, collaborative recovery.

- LICSW, LMHC oversees 2 therapists and two case managers
- LICSW, LMHC works 40 hours per week, onsite, with flex hours
- LICSW, LMHC reports to collaborative Program Director
- Residential House is staffed 24 hours a day with trained professionals
- 70 % of caseload are Medicaid patients that step down to outpatient
- LICSW, LMHC ensures regulatory & organizational policies and procedures
- LICSW, LMHC reports on key metrics such as occupancy, staff levels
- Clinical Director participates in weekly meetings with Chief Medical Officer
- Clinical Director meets with NPs, LPNs, Recovery Specialists, and Therapists
- LICSW, LMHC oversees the admissions process
LICSW, LMHC, Clinical Director Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- LICSW or LMHC License
- 2+ years’ experience in co-occurring SUD / Mental Health
- Ability to Supervise
- Collaborative Leadership
- On-Call one week per month
LICSW, LMHC, Clinical Director Salary:
- 88K – 105K
- Retention Bonus @ 6 months 5K and 1 year
