As the first contact of the company, you will be responsible for answering phones and assisting customers with scheduling appointments. You will need an outgoing personality to provide excellent customer service. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we take our jobs very seriously. Responsibilities
- Answer business phones and handle requests
- Manage and organize office tasks as assigned
- Schedule appointments
- Distribute communications to team members as necessary
- Receive deliveries
- Confirm Appointments
- Follow up on open quotes
Qualifications
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability to listen to customers and determine what they need
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic Computer knowledge, online forms fills and following scripts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
