Adecco is assisting their client in White River, VT in the search for a Food and Beverage Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity for a skilled and personable individual with strong bartending experience and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests, take food and drink orders, and ensure a positive customer experience

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or guest preferences

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, surfaces, and supplies

Verify customer age and ensure responsible alcohol service

Handle cash and credit transactions using the POS system

Monitor guest behavior and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
-
Stay current with drink trends and menu offerings

Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment

Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and service standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
