Adecco is assisting their client in White River, VT in the search for a Food and Beverage Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity for a skilled and personable individual with strong bartending experience and leadership capabilities in a fast-paced bar or restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests, take food and drink orders, and ensure a positive customer experience

  • Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or guest preferences

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, surfaces, and supplies

  • Verify customer age and ensure responsible alcohol service

  • Handle cash and credit transactions using the POS system

  • Monitor guest behavior and maintain a safe, welcoming environment

  • Stay current with drink trends and menu offerings

  • Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment

  • Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and service standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred

  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced and social atmosphere

  • Requires standing for extended periods and working late hours

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
